Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to feel good about your purchase. Because readings are prepared individually by hand, this policy explains when refunds and cancellations apply.

Readings

• Before work begins: if you change your mind before we start preparing your reading, contact us for a full refund.
• After delivery: because each reading is custom work created specifically for you, delivered readings are generally non-refundable.
• Something wrong? If your reading was not delivered, was based on birth details we recorded incorrectly, or has a quality problem, contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right — a correction, a re-do, or a refund where appropriate.

Chart Chat subscriptions

• You can cancel your Chart Chat subscription at any time; it stays active until the end of the current billing period.
• Cancelling stops future charges. We do not provide partial refunds for the current period unless required by law.

Chart Chat message packs

One-time message packs are consumable and non-refundable once purchased, except where the messages could not be delivered due to a fault on our side.

How to request a refund

Email support@askthara.com from the address on your account, with your order details and what went wrong. We aim to respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method; the time to appear depends on your bank or card provider.

Chargebacks

If you have a concern, please contact us first — we're glad to help and it's the fastest path to a resolution.
