These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of askthara.com and the services offered there ("AskThara"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

What we provide

AskThara provides personalized Vedic astrology readings prepared from the birth details you supply, and Chart Chat, an AI service that answers questions grounded in your chart. Readings and Chart Chat responses are offered for guidance, reflection, and entertainment.

Not professional advice

AskThara does not provide medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice, and nothing in a reading or a Chart Chat conversation should be treated as such. Always consult a qualified professional for important decisions. You are responsible for the choices you make.

Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old to purchase, and provide accurate information.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
  • Resell or redistribute readings or Chart Chat output as your own product.
  • Submit birth details of another person without a lawful basis to do so.

Payments and subscriptions

Prices are shown at checkout. Paid readings are prepared individually. Chart Chat subscriptions and message packs are billed as described at purchase. Cancellation and refunds are covered in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Intellectual property

The AskThara name, site, and content are owned by AskThara. Your personalized reading is provided for your own personal use. You retain ownership of the birth details you provide.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available and accurate but provide it "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AskThara is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which AskThara operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
